Why Green Luxe Pods?

Miranda is a seasoned CPA and real estate professional with over two decades of experience. She has been an affordable housing advocate since 2008 and obtained her GREEN Real Estate Designation in 2009. After watching more and more affordable housing supply being torn down in her Arlington VA community in favor of multi-million dollar McMansions and the significant waste attributed to those builders, sitting on the sidelines was no longer an option. Thus Green Luxe Pods was born.

Our growing team consists of an Passive House Architect, talented Designer, and a Building Advisor with experience in construction and general contracting.
